Making Professional Counseling Affordable
Services Covered by Medical Insurance. Our counseling services are covered by a majority of Oregon and Washington based group insurance plans. Like visits to a doctor's office, the client is responsible for what their insurance doesn't cover or the client's co-pay as determined by their insurance carrier.
Sliding Fee Scale. For those Seeking services and are not able to use insurance or are unable to afford the customary fee for counseling, we are able to provide a sliding fee scale. Sliding fees are determined by net incomes, dependents and financial issues.
NECC Internship Program. Since 1993, the Northeast Catholic Counseling Center has welcomed Counseling interns to the staff. By doing so, the Center can assist clients that due to financial stressors are not able to pay according to our regular sliding fee. Our interns are supervised internally as well as through their school programs.
Grants. There are times when the complexity of certain problems require the skills of an experience counselor. When that occurs, grant money is available so that the needs of the client are appropriately addressed.
Donations
The Northeast Catholic Counseling Center is a community based non-profit agency with a mission to assist those in need of their services. Providing that level of service requires the help of the community as a whole.
Financial and resource donations are welcomed and appreciated. And as a non-profit service agency, you contributions are full tax deductible. Please contact the administrative staff for more detailed information.
