Sr. Karen Brown has spent the last 6 months creating these works of art. She calls the quilt collection “10 years of Christmas”. The years before her recent retirement were filled with her many ministries including years in Jamaica as well as serving as Coordinator of the Motherhouse here in Omaha. This weekend Sr. Karen will be delivering her precious gifts to her family in Michigan. I’m sure they will treasure the quilts almost as much as being able to spend time with her.
